ESSENCE is a ministry established to help Equip Single Saints to Esteem and Nurture Christ´s Example whilst in God´s waiting room of singlehood. 

This ministry is geared primarily to those who are single (unmarried). Physical singleness is  sometimes linked to our spiritual singleness.  Being spiritually single is when we have not united with God´s specific call or  mandate for our lives.  Singleness is the period between being found by Christ and us uniting with the plan or call of God for our lives. It is the inbetween days, the some what barren days that cause us to ask questions like:

•How long? When? Who? Why hasn't it happened yet?

•What is my calling? What problem has God called me to solve?

•In what ways has God equipped me to make a difference?

•What do I do whilst in God´s  waiting room of singlehood?

•How can I be sure that I am in the  right season for my life?

The time of singleness is often viewed as an inconvenience  tolerated impatiently.  However when we are single; waiting for God to unite us with our wife or husband, this is the time we ought to be  waiting on God while we  wait for God. 

This time  of singleness is the time you ought to be single minded in your thrust towards intimacy with God and understanding what God has called you to  do. 

In this world of ever increasing changes, changes that more often than not entices us to neglect the authority of God both in society and in our lives; it is important, expedient and neccessary that you are  walking in God´s perfect and specific mandate and timing for your life. 

Essence is here to help you understand the essence of your singlehood, to build true intimacy with God while you wait, to identify your calling, stay in your calling and fufil your calling in and through marriage.

Don't just tolerate your waiting room experience, but begin to maximize it!

Understand that your time of waiting is significant and an integral preparation and pruning time that if optimised correctly will lead you into your marriage fully equipped and focused on your God given gifts that will help you not only in your marriage but far beyond your marital home.
